The Smart After-School Project team continues to test educational materials in a real educational environment.

During the Science Picnic and Career Festival events, project participants worked with children of different age groups, testing interactive tasks and approaches developed within the Smart After-School Program. Particular attention was paid to how to adapt educational materials for children of different ages, while maintaining their accessibility, practicality, and cognitive value.

One of the key elements of the classes was the Hutsul ornament, a unique example of Ukrainian intangible cultural heritage. By getting acquainted with traditional ornamental motifs, participants not only discovered the peculiarities of Ukrainian culture, but also performed creative and cognitive tasks that combined art with modern educational approaches.

The results of the testing will help improve educational materials and make them even more effective and interesting for use in after-school education institutions.
