Vazonchyk (Little Flowerpot)
A stylised floral motif resembling flowerpot. This motif is rare for wood carving. The ‘vazonchyk’-type motifs were mostly used in architectural design during the 1940s-1960s (exterior wall panels, frontons, galleries, etc.) as decorative openwork or cut-away elements.
