Hruni (Mountain Tops)
An ornamental motif consisting of superimposed elements called pidkivky (horseshoes) – semicircular arches made of non-ferrous metal alloys or brass. The motif resembles the tops of mountains (hruni). It is used mainly in metal inlays and chasing.
