Branches with Metal Inlay
An ornamental motif that resembles tree branches, which is very similar to the ‘vazonchyk’ (little flowerpot) motif. It is used in carving and metal inlays. In inlay designs, the ‘hilochky’ motif also appears under the names ‘sukhe derevo’ (dried up tree) or ‘derevtsia’ (small trees).
