Travka (Little Grass)
The ornamental motif consisting of three pointed ellipsoidal elements resembling leaves, of which the central one is larger and higher. There is also another type of ‘travka’, motif made up of gentle arches that end in straight short dashes.
Both variants of the motif can be found in carving, inlay and metal chasing.
